It is with great pleasure that I write to you and express my most sincere appreciation and admiration for Rusty Fuqua as not only a builder but a friend. As you may know Rusty has recently completed the creation of what I consider to be the finest home in Amarillo for my family. I had owned 2 adjacent lots for close to seven years before building and during that time frame I investigated many different builders and the products of their efforts. In that seven years I found that the homes crafted by Rusty and his many extremely loyal subcontrcactors were head and shoulders above the rest. Many builders in Amarillo and elsewhere I have experienced tend to place their stamp of particular style time and time again, but with Rusty every home is different and incredibly unique. I am compulsively obsessed with perfection and I suppose that I would have run any other builder to the local insane asylum but I can honestly say that in the 3 years it took to plan and build our house Rusty never pulled away from any situation large or small without he and I being 100% completely satisfied with the decision made and or the results of those decisions. Rusty is not your everyday builder in that it is not about the fundamentals of the trade, of which their are none more knowledgeable, but rather the |

emotional and artistical components of "creating" a home.
Again, I would place high emphasis on the word "creating" as no 2 projects
of Rusty's are the same. He
makes his work his
lifes passion and it shows. I suspect he invest more heart and soul into
his projects than the homeowners themselves. He flat out lives
and breaths the project and turning over the keys at completion for him
is like turning loose of one of his children. I also find
his technological acumen to be invaluable in that he can extract the
many thoughts and ideas toward every facet of the project and display them
on the computer monitor and or in detail prints with incredible
accuracy and clarity and in a high level custom home where mistakes can be
costly it proved to be most efficient. Lastly, it is my understanding that Rusty is committed to making your house his one and only project. I must say with envy that would be the ultimate deciding factor in choice of a builder for me. I hope I have been of some help for you in weighing your options for a builder that is right for you.
