3d Studio Rendering - Study of lighting levels. This image shows by color the intensity of light. You can measure the lighting level anywhere in the picture by clicking the mouse on a point. The table in the image gives the data for the point that was picked, the average lighting for that wall, the minimum and maximum for that wall.
In the top-right frame, is a grid. By setting the size of the grid, you can control the accuracy of the lighting information. In this image, you can see that the accuracy for the ground is not as accurately calculated as it is for the house. The computer analyzes each triangle and computes the absorption and reflectivity of that space.
