| Inspiration for design and just for pleasure can come from anywhere at any time. Everywhere I go, I carry a camera and take hundreds of pictures. The pictures that are on this page are just some of my favorite images that I have captured. Every day I search for settings that feel warm and inviting, images that exude character, timeless. I search for architecture that seems to have been molded from a central concept, grown, if you will. | When you see something that you think is ugly, that reaction is caused by your brain telling you that what you are looking at is not correct. Today a lot of architecture tries to duplicate a look instead of just simply letting the building and the materials create their own design. Beautiful architecture evolves, it is not forced. I hope that you can feel in these images what I felt when I took the picture. The detail creates the character. The shadows and the light all contribute to the final image that is perceived.
